Craig Lurie is a seasoned Chartered Accountant (SA) with more than 20 years of executive experience across listed and private companies, serving in senior CFO and CCO roles.

His career includes building and leading finance functions, structuring and executing complex transactions, and raising capital across multiple asset classes — notably more than $200 million for Supernova Capital to date.

Commercially astute and operationally strategic, Craig is known for his ability to solve complex problems, see opportunities where others see obstacles, and execute decisively.

He has a deep understanding of financial markets, risk, governance, and business performance drivers, combined with a rare ability to translate strategy into measurable results.

His expertise spans capital raising (debt and equity), financial modelling, treasury management, fund structuring, M&A, system and process design, audits, forecasting, and leading diverse teams. Craig’s background includes oversight of financial operations, regulatory engagement, stakeholder management, and implementing financial frameworks that support growth while minimising risk.

A natural relationship-builder with strong people skills, Craig brings a “can-do” leadership style grounded in integrity, precision, and delivery.

Sam Schoub​

Sam Schoub transitioned from a 10 year finance career in the commodity trading industry to grow and expand a radiology group, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and strengthening patient-centred care.

Her deep knowledge of integrated financial systems and applications, combined with her instinct as a decisive initiator, allows her to quickly identify gaps between operations and finance and execute with precision and speed. She is commercially minded, solution-driven, and committed to building systems that support sustainable growth.

Her work later contributed to the establishment of Melrose Arch mammography Inc, South Africa’s Breast Centre of Excellence, a milestone shaped by her focus on structure, quality, and meaningful impact.

With strong foundations in place, Sam has spent the last three years channeling more energy into passion-fueled initiatives, most notably guiding the evolution of Supernova, while continuing to lead and expand the radiology practices.

She is also the founder of Wellness Within, a service-driven wellness brand dedicated to helping people navigate stress, change, and healing with greater peace and resilience.

Derrick de Necker

Global Investment, strategy, structuring and commercialization.

Derrick has served as CEO of various companies and brings with him over 30 years’ worth of valuable expertise in global investments, strategy, structuring and commercialization.

He also served as the COO and on the board of the Fleming Investment Group which also listed an ETF on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. He held the position of CEO at Ecosystem Capital which served as the investment arm for the ADS Group (www.adsglobalcorp.com). There Derrick held the position of Director of Investments and strategy for the ADS Group.

Currently; Derrick leads Savenda Group Capital Partners Ltd, a Mauritius based corporate finance and investment holding company, which serves as the investment arm for the Savenda Group (www.savendagroup.com).

Derrick leads Investments, structuring, strategy and commercialization for the Savenda Group companies.

Derrick also from time to time serve as an advisor to various international companies, organizations and Funds across multiple jurisdictions.

These global groups were largely involved in international structured finance, captive insurance, private capital deployment, business development, scaling and investment. He mastered skills and experience that cover inter alia all areas of corporate finance, strategic corporate structuring and positioning, multi-jurisdiction growth and strategy, design and implementation of internationalization strategies, debt restructuring, project financing and management. Derrick has a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills and business acumen.

peter Schoub

Peter Schoub is a medical doctor, radiologist, and experienced professional with a proven track record in building and scaling clinical businesses.

He was the joint-managing partner at NinetyEast Capital Partners, a Mauritius-based private equity & corporate finance group, and the joint-managing partner at a private equity investment vehicle listed on the Mauritius Stock Exchange.

Alongside his clinical work, Peter co-founded MAMI, South Africa’s breast centre of excellence designed to deliver superior, patient-centred diagnostic care.

He holds the European Diploma of Breast Imaging (2018), is an honorary lecturer in the Department of Radiology at the University of the Witwatersrand and is the president of the Breast Imaging Society of South Africa. Peter has been invited to give lectures across the country, both to colleagues and the public.
